Bronzebyte IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Part-Time SEO Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our two SaaS products:

1. TheAutoReach.com – A social media scheduling platform that allows users to automatically schedule and publish posts across multiple social media platforms.

2. IntelloHRM.com – A Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) designed to help businesses manage employees, attendance, payroll, leaves, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complete SEO audits for both websites.
• Optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
• Conduct keyword research and implement content strategies.
• Improve organic rankings and click-through rates (CTR).
• Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting and outreach.
• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Improve website conversion rates and user engagement.
• Create and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing and optimize ad performance.
• Provide weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Off-Page SEO and backlink building.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
